Invasive Species Summer Educator Workshop
Friday, June 24 - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Weedon Island Cultural & Natural History Center, St. Petersburg
Openings are still available for teachers of grades 3-6 to attend a free workshop about the impact of invasive plants and animals on Florida's waterways. All teachers will receive a copy of "Fish Invaders at Gypsy Point," which includes lesson plans and supplemental resources. The workshop is presented by the Tampa Bay Estuary Program.
